First week of SIP is over. 2nd week starting liao. So far nothing much, just observe some of the tests they carry out. Visited their production area. They do blending of raw material to be exported to companies in Japan. The companies will use these blended ones as their raw material to make things like ice cream! Haha.

Friday I had to follow this person who does the microbial test most of the time. So I helped her prepare agar, potassium water and all the other stuff. She's a Malaysian I think, she's chinese but speaks malay. Anyway, she talks to me in Chinese, like all the other chinese people there. So I'm kinda getting used to hearing Chinese everyday liao. When I hear english, it's kinda like wah.. ENGLISH. That kinda thing. Haha. One day I may speak to you in Chinese. Don't get a shock. Afterall, I was thinking in Chinese on Friday! Hahahaha. Madness!!


Yesterday I met Fresa and Shafiqa and Fresa's house. Slacked around before sending Fresa to T3, cause she's attached there. Bought Popeye's biscuit and mashed potato before going to Ikea at Tampines. I bought 2 cock board for my Pastors' birthdays. Both on 1 May. So got 2 projects to do by 27 April, one video and the other is the board.

Oh yah! My company gave my partner and I a project to do also. Which is to give a talk on HACCP and GMP or food safety to my fellow Lab Techs and production workers. So... Happy New Year to us. Somemore the person asks us how many sessions we want. I was like HUH? Sessions? I think 1 or 2 hours enough liao lor. Then again, must plan properly. Cause some of the Lab Techs know about it. Then for production workers must use simple English to explain GMP. Hmm... Good luck man!

So all together I got 4 projects, 2 mini ones. Hmm.. Interesting. Food safety is crazy. I've yet to find the process flowchart man. Not as easy as I thought. Haha. Oh well.

Ok.. Gotta go liao. Waking up at 5.30am tomorrow again. Here comes the LOOOONG week again. See ya people soon!!!
